The Barbour Grays are a reenacting unit based in Philippi, West Virginia. We attend events all over the state of West Virginia and a a few events outside the state.
We are a family-oriented reenacting group that takes pride in our behavior both on and off the battlefield. We portray both soldiers and civilians in our camps and women are welcome to camp at nearly all of our events. Membership is open to men and their families.

If you're still interested in reenacting, but would rather join a group that's closer to home, or attends an event you want to participate in, or perhaps you want to join a unit that portrays the group your great-great-grandfather was in, we understand.
